PRODUCTS DAIRY
The Products Dairy is exclusively equipped to produce Milk products and to supply to Chennai metro market, suburban market and District unions.
Presently Old and New Products Dairy are producing about 84 nos. of products, packed in 146 variants. The unit is equipped with well designed infrastructure with newly commissioned modern plant and machineries. It is functioning as five units as follows.
Old Products Dairy – Unit-I: (Khoa, Kulfi & sweets)
Khoa, Kulfi, Long kulfi, Casatta, & Chocolate.
New Products Dairy – Unit-II: (Ice cream & Paneer)
Ice cream cup, cone, candy, bulk, bowl etc & Paneer production.
New Products Dairy – Unit-III: (Fermented products)
Curd, Lassi, Butter milk, Yoghurt (Sachet items, cup items and bucket curd)
Old Products Dairy – Unit-IV: (New block for cookies)
Cookies of Six varieties (Coconut, Oats, Chocolate, Butter, Custard, Salt) -at new block opposite to old products dairy.
New Products Dairy - Unit-V: (New Sweet Block for sweets)
Mysore pa, Milk Peda, Rasgulla and Gulabjamun
Besides this, expansion of infrastructure activities is being carried out swiftly as per Honorable Chief Minister’s 110 announcement, by installing new plant and machineries.
